Our karate classes are designed for students ages 3 to 6 years of age. The aim of the programme is to introduce the students, at a young age, the benefits of martial arts. Students will work to develop and improve through the teaching of the basic karate techniques. Along with the physical development, a student should develop better concentration, focus and listening skills.

Our classes will help improve self confidence, self esteem, discipline, respect, co-ordination and balance. It is also hugely beneficial in the development of gross-motor and fine-motor development.

All karateka are graded twice a year and when progress into grade 1, will be eligible for our more advanced karate classes.
